From October 2024 to July 2025, I was in Stara Zagora as part of the ESC project. The focus of my project was inclusive education and teaching for individuals with special education needs. We played educational games with them and participated in sports activities together.
Being with students, young people, and children always makes me feel good. I am glad they are there.
Volunteering was a wonderful experience, and I sincerely hope that every young person has the oppurtunity to experience it.
Thanks to this project, I lived abroad on my own for the first time in my life, and it added a lot to my life.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Petya - the project coordinator, who was my side throughout this process. She was very understanding in every way, and I feel very lucky to have had a such a wonderful experience with such a coordinator Petya Argirova.
I really liked the Bulgarians. The people I met were warm and kind. As a Turk, I had no difficulties. I'm glad I volunteered here.
